Page Rilee Succumbs At 86 GLOUCESTER Willie Page Rilee, 86, died at his home here Wednesday after a long illness. He was a retired farmer and mail carrier. He was al member of Petsworth Baptist Church and Chapel Lodge No. 235, IOOF. He is survived by three daughters, Mrs.

Mary R. South of Richmond, Mrs. Effie R. Figg of Dutton and Mrs. Bessic.

sons, B. Horsley Tommie Gloucester; and R. Henry Rilee of Gloucester: six grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p. m.

Saturday at Baptist Church by the Rev. Charles P. Anderson. Burial be in Salem Methodist Church cemetery. The body is at the Bridges Funeral Home, Gloucester.

Youth Fellowship Installation Set MATHEWS New officers of the Mathews subdistrict of the Methodist Youth Fellowship will be installed at a meeting Sunday. The meeting will be held from 4:30 to 7 p.m. at the home of the president, Miss Beverly Gayle, at Bohannon. The installation service will be conducted by the MYF of the Mathews Methodist Miles, president; Miss Patricia Charge. leant Officers are Richard Hudgins, president; Miss Flora Morgan, secretary; Robert Lynn Soles, treasurer; and Miss Linda Maxey, publicity chairman.

The program also will include a softball game, supper, business meeting and vesper service. Concert Announced MATHEWS. The Gospel of Zion Hill Baptist Church, Gloucester, will present a concert at 4:30 p.m. Sunday at Antioch Baptist Church. The program is being sponsored by the Gospel Chorus of Antioch.

Foundation walls or columns and porches may be left extending above the existing ground surface provided they consist entirely of noncombustible materials, such as stone, brick or concrete. All combustible material must be disposed of or removed from the right of way. The site is to be left in a clean and orderly manner. Title to the building will remain in the name of the City as long as they remain on the City's property.

If buildings are not removed within the specified time, the rights of the successful bidder will be forfeited and the total amount of the bids will be retained by the City. The City of Newport News will not be responsible for the condition of the building. Buildings are to be purchased "as is" and no guarantee, expressed or implied, is made as to the quality or condition of the building or the material in the building. The structure will have to be razed, no permit will be issued for the removal from the site. A building permit must be secured from the City before razing of the structure.
